What should be in a teenage girls makeup bag?

I am 14 years old and in high school and wear no makeup at all. I would like to start wearing makeup more regularly. What are the basics that I should have. Just products. Like foundation or tinted moisturizer, or mascara. I have absolutely no clue! If you have any tips that would be great!

I really want to buy some good makeup. I want it to be non-comodogenic because my skin is combination and sensitive. What brand would you recommend?

I am 13. Light brown hair with natural blond and red highlights. Blue/green eyes (would like the blue to pop!) Light freckles on my nose and under eyes. Fair skin.
I would like everyday makeup and “going out” makeup and colors that would look fabuless! Thanks!

My wife is a girl from Vietnam and she doesn’t wear these things and she is a girl chosen by mother and aunt in an arranged marriage. I was having trouble getting a girlfriend so because I’m Vietnamese, I was able to marry a girl from Vietnam. I want to introduce my wife to makeup and things like girly shoes and accessories. I want my wife to wear shoes that makes her look girly along with other things like makeup and handbags or purses. How should I introduce her to these things ??? Can anyone please help me out ???
