Merry Christmas to everyone….. Regardless of when you believe Jesus was born or if there is a Christ! As a society we need to understand that people do things differently. We just need to have a better understanding and respect those who celebrate and those who don’t. I grew in a very festive household but don’t care too much for it now but my kids enjoy it and one day like me they too will understand. Peace to all today and tomorrow and all the year through.
@mada1241 The Bible was also copied by european monks who had a tendency to change things more to their liking, for instance making Christ white because europeans were white. The stable part was originally “where they kept the animals” which was in a cave because they didnt HAVE barns back then, but it sounded nicer to the europeans so they changed it. People spend so much around the holidays, it takes them all year to catch up with their debt. Most do not get the true meaning. Yes he was of middle eastern decent, and born in the summer months. Gonna put up our tree this weekend. Merry Christmas to everyone and I hope you have a happy holidays with your loved ones, and if you dont celebrate christmas well…its become so material its not even religious anymore. In fact Christ wasnt even born in December, but sometime in the summer.
