Whats the big deal if you are not breaking the law you have nothing to fear. If you are dealing in illegal drugs coming in from another country it would make it a little more difficult for your competitors to come over to shoot you.It seems like there were 26,000 drug related murders since 2006 in Mexico this included men,women,many that were innocent causalities,as well as little children.I’m sure the authorities most likely cooked the books & this is a low figure.Why is our government opposed to just plain ole common sense?Everything they have been doing since the “NAFTA” law that Clinton passed back in the early 90′s appears that its the objective is to get everyone in a one world government.
I want to get a zero down mortgage in Arizona.?
I’m planning on moving in April. I decided I want to get into the housing market now, while everything is on sale. I don’t have a down payment. I currently pay $1150 a month for rent, so I figure if I shoot for a $900 a month payment, that will compensate for some home expenses without affecting my budget. I’m considering “lease to own,” but would rather just own. A piggyback loan might be an option, but it appears those are being phased out because of the mortgage crisis. I’m looking in the $120-150k price range. I want mortgage insurance, down payment, property taxes and everything else rolled into the loan. I keep Googling for information, but it seems like a never ending circle. Taking out a loan of this size is too important to just randomly pick a company who has a nice ad online. I also want to make sure I don’t get screwed over by high interest rates or other fees, that ultimately cause more problems than it’s worth. Anyone have some good advice? Would a mortgage consultant be a good idea? What about just finding a realtor and seeing what can be done? This is my first home attempt, so please be kind!

Really, the kid had access to the internet and the Home Box Office movies right there in his house and the Nintendo video games and he still wanted to go shoot people because of politics??? Hell, when I was 22 we didn’t even know what a congress was!! We were defeating the final levels of Ghosts & Goblins, Time Lord and Marble Madness!

It is funny because right now there are peaceful hunters using guns for non-jacka$$y purposes and there are just as peaceful marijuana smokers doing no harm but relaxing.
Our society is too caught up in “this or that” or “black/white” thinking. Maybe it was just a crazy kid with a gun that happened to have smoked marijuana? What about all of the crimes on beer? Should we just ban that too?
